Yes! I am thankful. I am grateful and I am thankful for the people that you have placed in my life. Thank you God for a village; thank you God for my village. When I am weak my village strengthens me. When I am wounded my village tends to my wounds. When I am afraid I conquer the fear with the help of my loved ones. Thank you for those who are in my life day in and day out. Thank you for friends who help me to keep what little bit of sanity I still have. I forgive myself for calling myself lonely sometimes forgetting to aknowledge the love, strength, and joy I have in the village around me. Thank you God for friends, family, and extended family who stand in the gap when I need them. I pray for their forgiveness because I realize that at times I do not always say words like "thank you," "I appreciate you," "I love you," and the like. Help me to give and receive love in a more excellent way. Thank you God for my village. I am grateful for my village. So be it, and so it is!
